About
I build websites and software for business owners, I do the work myself, and I stay on after launch.
I am a full-stack developer and technical partner in Orlando, FL. I build websites that bring in customers and the software that runs the business behind them: client portals, bookings, payments, back-office tools and AI agents that answer the phone. Every product and site shown here was designed and built by me, start to finish.
I have been writing software for nine years, four of them professionally. It started as something I did for myself, long before it was a job. The paid part began in 2022 as the in-house web developer at INSTABREW, a consumer brand in Orlando, where I looked after the online storefront and the marketing site.
Since then I have become an owner as well as a builder. I am a partner and the lead developer at Forte Strength, a coaching platform with a client portal and a full back office for a powerlifting coach. I am CTO of Re-Galito, a cross-border prepaid gift card product now in private beta. And I founded and built MyKanic, an AI phone agent that answers a mobile mechanic's calls and books the job. Alongside them I have designed and built websites for four local businesses: a surf lodge, a sandblasting crew, a pressure-washing company and a mobile detailer.
Since 2025 I have also trained programming-focused AI models on contract, which keeps me current on what AI tools do well and badly in real code. That matters when I put one in front of your customers. How I work is simple: you talk to me, I build it, and I am still here after launch for fixes, measurement and whatever comes next. Projects start with a short call and a written scope with a fixed price, so you know what you are getting before anything is built.
I am not an agency, and there is no handoff. No account manager, no developer you never met, no project that goes quiet once the invoice is paid. If I take your project on, I build it, and I am the one you call about it.

How I work
How I work with owners
The habits behind every project here, from the first call to the months after launch.
You talk to the person who builds it
There is no account manager and no middle layer. The person on the call is the person writing the code, and that stays true for the life of the project.
Scope first, then price
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price, agreed before anything is built. If you want more later, the scope changes first and the price with it, in writing.
Fast on every phone
Most of your customers will open the site on a phone, so that is where I test first. Photos are shrunk, pages stay light, and the call or quote button is one tap away.
Still here after launch
Launch is where the useful part starts. I stay on for fixes, watch what the site or app actually does for the business, and build the next piece when you are ready.
Background
Where the experience comes from
Only the parts that matter to a business owner deciding who to work with.
2026 to present
Independent products and client work
Self-employed, Orlando, FL
Partner and lead developer at Forte Strength, CTO at Re-Galito and founder of MyKanic, plus the design and build of websites for Yaruba Surf Lodge, All Surface Blasting, TM Exterior Solutions and Black Ice Detailing. One developer on all of it.
2025 to present
AI model training, programming focus
Independent contractor
I train programming-focused AI models on contract: checking how they write and fix real code and where they go wrong. It keeps me current on what AI tools can and cannot be trusted with, which is what matters when one of them is talking to your customers.
March 2022 to May 2023
Web developer
INSTABREW, Orlando, FL
In-house developer for a consumer brand, responsible for its online storefront and marketing site. My first professional role.
