Web developer & technical partner

Websites that win customers.Software that runs the business.

I'm Caleb Alvarado, a full-stack developer and technical partner in Orlando, FL.

Taking on two new projects this quarter

  • 7products and sites built
  • 9years writing software
  • 4years as a professional developer

Products I co-own and run

Three businesses, built and run as a partner

I co-own each of these businesses, so the case studies cover the whole story: what the owner was dealing with, what I built and how it works.

Websites for local businesses

Fast sites that turn a visit into a call

Each one is built around what the owner sells, loads fast on a phone, and makes the next step, a call, a quote or a booking, one tap away.

What I build

Four ways I help a business grow

Each one starts from a problem an owner recognises, with the projects that prove it.

How I work

No surprises, from the first call to launch

Each step says what I do, what you bring to it and what you have when it ends.

  1. A 20-minute call

You tell me what the business needs and what is getting in the way. I ask enough to know whether I am the right person for it, and I say so either way.

    You provide
A rough idea of what you need and what it should do for the business.
    You get
A straight answer on whether I am the right fit, and the next step if I am.
    Typical time
    20 minutes
  2. A written scope with a fixed price and timeline

I write down what will be built, what it will cost and when it will be ready, page by page or feature by feature. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed, and the price does not move unless the scope does.

    You provide
Answers to a few questions, plus any logos, photos, copy or existing accounts you already have.
    You get
A scope document with a fixed price, a timeline and a list of what you need to supply.
    Typical time
    About a week
  3. Design and build, with a staging link

I design and build the real thing on a private staging link you can open on your phone from the first week. You get a short written update every week and can weigh in at any point, so there are no surprises at the end.

    You provide
Feedback on the staging link, and the content and photos listed in the scope.
    You get
A working site or app you have already used before launch day.
    Typical time
Two to six weeks depending on scope
  4. Launch: domain, hosting, email and analytics

I connect the domain, set up hosting, email delivery and analytics, and check the live site on real phones. Then I walk you through how it works and how to make everyday changes yourself.

    You provide
Access to your domain, or the go-ahead for me to register one for you.
    You get
A live site or app on your own domain, analytics running, and a walkthrough of how to make everyday changes.
    Typical time
    A day or two
  5. Aftercare and growth

Launch is the start, not the end. I stay on for fixes, measure what the site or app is actually doing for the business, and plan the next features from real use rather than guesses.

    You provide
What you hear from customers and what you want next.
    You get
Fixes handled, numbers you can actually read, and a clear next step whenever you are ready.
    Typical time
Ongoing, at a pace you set

I reply within one business day.

About me

I build websites and software for business owners, I do the work myself, and I stay on after launch.

I am a full-stack developer and technical partner in Orlando, FL. I build websites that bring in customers and the software that runs the business behind them: client portals, bookings, payments, back-office tools and AI agents that answer the phone. Every product and site shown here was designed and built by me, start to finish.
